Definition

অপ্রত্যাশিত ঘটনা, তীব্র আবেগ (ভয়/আনন্দ/শোক) বা বিভ্রান্তির কারণে যখন মানুষ সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে না পেরে হতভম্ব ও অস্থির হয়ে পড়ে—সে অবস্থাকে ‘বিহ্বল’ বলা হয়
