দেওয়ানি বা ফৌজদারি মামলায় যে ব্যক্তি/প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ বা দাবি উত্থাপন করা হয়, তাকে বিবাদীপক্ষ বলা হয়; এরা বাদীপক্ষের দাবির জবাব দেয় ও আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থন করে
