বিদেশি দেশ/বাজার থেকে পণ্য, কাঁচামাল, প্রযুক্তি বা সেবা ক্রয় করে দেশের ভেতরে আনয়নের যে বাণিজ্যিক ও প্রশাসনিক প্রক্রিয়া (শুল্ক, নথিপত্র, অনুমতি ইত্যাদি সহ), তাকে আমদানিকরণ বলা হয়
