Definition
আলু পাতলা করে কেটে (বা আলুর মণ্ড থেকে শিট বানিয়ে) তেলে ভেজে কিংবা বেক করে যে কুড়মুড়ে স্ন্যাকস তৈরি করা হয়; সাধারণত লবণ ও নানা স্বাদ-সুগন্ধি মসলা যোগ করা থাকে
