কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে প্রাপ্য টাকা, কর, ঋণের কিস্তি বা অন্য কোনো দাবি আইনগত/প্রশাসনিক/ব্যক্তিগত উপায়ে গ্রহণ বা সংগ্রহ করার প্রক্রিয়া ও ফলাফলকে ‘আদায়’ বলা হয়
