Definition
Rasures are instances of erasing or scraping off writing (especially in manuscripts), leaving visible marks or traces; in medical usage, rasures can refer to linear scratch marks on the skin.
"Rasures" लेखन को (विशेषकर हस्तलिखित पांडुलिपियों में) खुरचकर/मिटाकर हटाने के उदाहरण हैं, जिनके निशान अक्सर दिखते हैं; चिकित्सकीय प्रयोग में यह त्वचा पर खरोंच जैसी रेखीय लकीरों/निशानों के लिए भी बोला जा सकता है।
