Definition
Ligaments are strong, elastic bands of connective tissue that join one bone to another, reinforcing joints and limiting excessive motion to prevent injury.
लिगामेंट (स्नायुबंधन) मज़बूत, लचीले संयोजी ऊतक की पट्टियाँ होती हैं जो एक हड्डी को दूसरी हड्डी से जोड़ती हैं, जोड़ों को स्थिर बनाती हैं और अत्यधिक गति को रोककर चोट से बचाती हैं।
