Definition
Excusers are people who either (a) make excuses to justify or defend an action, or (b) excuse someone—i.e., forgive a fault or release a person from a duty or obligation, depending on context.
"Excusers" वे लोग होते हैं जो (क) किसी काम को सही ठहराने/बचाव के लिए बहाने बनाते हैं, या (ख) किसी को “excuse” करते हैं—यानी गलती माफ़ करते हैं या किसी कर्तव्य/जिम्मेदारी से मुक्त कर देते हैं (संदर्भ के अनुसार)।
