Definition
A bondholder is a person or institution that owns a bond (a debt security) and is entitled to receive interest payments and repayment of principal according to the bond’s terms.
बांडधारक वह व्यक्ति या संस्था होती है जो बांड (एक ऋण-पत्र/ऋण प्रतिभूति) की मालिक होती है और बांड की शर्तों के अनुसार ब्याज भुगतान तथा मूलधन की वापसी पाने की हकदार होती है।
