Definition
To stagnate (stagnates) means something stops moving or flowing, or a situation stops improving and remains inactive or unchanged.
Stagnate (stagnates) বলতে কোনো কিছু চলাচল/প্রবাহ বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া, অথবা কোনো অবস্থা উন্নতি থেমে নিষ্ক্রিয় বা অপরিবর্তিত হয়ে থাকা বোঝায়।
