Phobias are strong, persistent, and often irrational fears of specific objects, situations, activities, or beings, which can cause anxiety and avoidance.
ফোবিয়া হলো নির্দিষ্ট কোনো বস্তু, পরিস্থিতি, কাজ বা জীবকে নিয়ে তীব্র, স্থায়ী এবং প্রায়ই অযৌক্তিক ভয়, যা উদ্বেগ সৃষ্টি করে এবং এড়িয়ে চলার প্রবণতা তৈরি করতে পারে।
