Misstatements are statements that misrepresent facts, details, or intentions; they can arise from error, misunderstanding, negligence, or deliberate deception, and in law/business they may be considered material if they influence decisions.
Misstatements বলতে এমন বক্তব্য/উক্তি বোঝায় যা তথ্য, বিবরণ বা উদ্দেশ্যকে ভুলভাবে উপস্থাপন করে; এগুলো ভুল, ভুল বোঝাবুঝি, অবহেলা বা ইচ্ছাকৃত প্রতারণা থেকে হতে পারে, এবং আইন/ব্যবসায় সিদ্ধান্তকে প্রভাবিত করলে এগুলোকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ (material) ভ্রান্তি হিসেবে ধরা হতে পারে।
