কোনো ব্যক্তি, মন বা পরিস্থিতিতে আগ্রহ, শক্তি, উদ্যোগ বা প্রেরণা জাগিয়ে তোলার/বাড়িয়ে তোলার গুণ বা অবস্থা; যেমন বক্তব্য, সংগীত, সাফল্য বা পরিবেশ কাউকে আরও সক্রিয় ও উৎসাহী করে তুললে তাকে ‘উদ্দীপকতা’ বলা হয়
The quality or state of being stimulating or of arousing motivation, energy, initiative, or enthusiasm; for example, a speech, music, success, or an atmosphere that makes someone more active and eager is said to have “stimulativeness/encouraging force.”
