ঋতুস্রাব হলো বয়ঃসন্ধির পর প্রজননক্ষম নারীর শরীরে সাধারণত মাসিক চক্রের অংশ হিসেবে জরায়ুর আস্তরণ ঝরে পড়ে রক্তস্রাব হওয়ার স্বাভাবিক জৈব প্রক্রিয়া; গর্ভধারণ না হলে এটি ঘটে এবং সাধারণত কয়েক দিন স্থায়ী হয়
