‘প্রকাশ’ (উন্মোচন/জনসমক্ষে আনা) শব্দের সঙ্গে ‘-ইত’ (কর্মবাচ্য/কৃতবাচ্য) প্রত্যয় যুক্ত হয়ে ‘প্রকাশিত’ এবং তার সঙ্গে ‘কৃত’ যোগে জোরালো কর্মসম্পন্ন অর্থে ‘প্রকাশিতকৃত’—অর্থাৎ ‘যা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে’
