ব্যাংক বা আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের জারি করা এমন একটি কার্ড, যা ব্যবহার করলে কেনাকাটা বা এটিএম থেকে নগদ উত্তোলনের অর্থ সাধারণত ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যাংক হিসাব থেকে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে (বা অতি দ্রুত) কেটে নেওয়া হয়; এটি ক্রেডিট কার্ডের মতো ঋণসীমা থেকে খরচ করে না
