বিচার বা মামলার প্রক্রিয়ায় যে পক্ষ আসামির স্বার্থ রক্ষা করে এবং অভিযোগের বিপক্ষে যুক্তি-প্রমাণ উপস্থাপন করে তাকে আসামিপক্ষ বলা হয়
